Free Neurodiversity ✦ Sharing Circles This Autumn ✸
Fully funded sharing circles for neurodiverse adults and the parents of neurodiverse children
This autumn at SunFyr Barns, with the support of The National Lottery Community Fund through our Freedom Wellbeing Project CIC, Jax will be holding space for two very close-to-her-heart projects. Jax is a trained autism yoga and wellbeing facilitator, and tools and technique's for decompression, reassurance and resilience will be taught within the content.
They’re called:
~ You Are Not Alone (And You Are Not Crazy) – a sharing circle for adults with neurodiversity
~ You Are Not Alone (And You’re Doing Better Than You Think) – a sharing circle for parents of children with neurodiversity
Both are free, 6-week journeys. Both are about honesty, connection, and remembering that we don’t have to do this alone.

Across six Thursdays we’ll share the tough bits and the brilliance of raising children who see the world differently.
